How booking works
- 01While you're still pregnantTell us your due date — most families reserve between week 30 and 36. We talk through what you'd like to remember and hold a window around it.
- 02Your baby arrivesMessage us and we confirm a day inside days 5 to 14 — early or late, the window absorbs it.
- 03The sessionTwo to three unhurried hours, with breaks for feeding and settling whenever your baby asks.
Before you ask
What if the baby comes early — or late?
Nothing breaks. We hold a window rather than a date, so the session moves with your baby. Message us when they arrive and we confirm a day inside days 5 to 14.
What if my baby cries the whole time?
Most do, at some point. That's why we plan two to three hours — breaks for feeding and settling are part of the session.
Can siblings come?
Yes — we photograph them first, while they still have patience.
Do we have to book while pregnant?
It's best. Days 5 to 14 is a narrow window — most families reserve between week 30 and 36.
Do you come to us?
Depending on the package: First Chapter has no travel fee within Berlin, Gentle Beginnings has a €30 travel fee within Berlin, and Tiny Wonder is a studio session.

How booking works
- 01Reserve your dateTell us your due date and whether you'd like the studio, outdoors, or both. We suggest a spot in Berlin's parks or by the water, or you bring us somewhere that means something to you.
- 02Plan the looksBring your own favourite outfits, or rent one of our dresses for €25 per look; together we plan two or three concepts, each with its own set-up. Rain on the day? We move to the studio or find a new date, at no cost.
- 03The session, then your photosTwo to three unhurried hours with Sharmeli or Ashok. Your edited photos arrive within three to four weeks; with Radiance, Ashok's two-minute highlight film comes with them.
Before you ask
When is the best time?
Between weeks 30 and 36: the bump is round and you still feel like yourself. Book earlier so the date is yours.
What if the baby comes early, or I'm not well that day?
Nothing is lost. We find a new date for free, and if your baby is faster than planned, your reservation moves to a newborn session.
Can my partner and children be in the photos?
Yes, and the dog too. Couple and family portraits are part of every session, at no extra cost.
What should I wear?
Your own clothes: pieces you feel good in. Plain colours and soft fabrics photograph best. Bring one outfit per concept, so two or three, or rent one of our dresses for €25 per look.
Where do outdoor sessions happen?
In Berlin's parks or by the water, at a spot we suggest, or a place of your choosing. If the weather turns, we move to the studio or reschedule.
When do we get the photos?
Your edited photos within three to four weeks, in a digital album. Glow and Radiance also come on a USB stick with all photos.
